The Centria Maintenance Service is a unique service plan that guarantees skilled craftsmen as well as excellent work for your home maintenance needs. We are your one stop service shop for all of your home service needs.

The Maintenance Program is comprised of a low yearly premium, which covers 4 service calls. You can choose from a variety of home maintenance services that we offer. You are guaranteed a 24-hour response time and a 48-hour resolution time on all service calls. We offer convenient online scheduling and hassle-free service.

Centria Maintenance is unlike any other. With your yearly membership, you get four service calls. These calls will handle the most common home problems from plumbing, electrical, H-VAC (Heating and Air), and others, in which our skilled technicians will quickly assess your problem and provide a thorough and complete solution.

The benefit of our service is that if you use no service calls throughout the year or you would like to trade in one or all of your service calls, we offer various trade-in services in replacement. Centria Maintenance will use trade-in services or place a credit towards either home renovation to minor home repairs equal to the amount of service calls unused for the given annual plan.

* Service calls and Trade-In services DO NOT include any material costs. Centria Property will only cover a combined 4 hours of service, and any extra labor costs will be communicated beforehand and billed at $129/hr directly to each client.
